A SIX-SESSION PROGRAM

The Undifferentiated Space

Notice. Name. Return.

The Undifferentiated Space is the gap — the difference between what the body says the state is and what the mind says the state is. It is not a problem to be solved. It is the territory the practice lives in. The work is learning to notice it, hold it open, and stay long enough for the system to trust it.

This six-session program teaches the practice — Notice. Name. Return. — done in two registers, body then mind, body then mind. Across the six sessions we walk from first contact with the gap to integrating the practice as a way of living. For anyone seeking nervous system regulation.

What’s Inside

  1. Session 01
    Meeting the Space

First contact with the gap. Learning to hear both reports.

  2. Session 02
    Returning to the Space

The long exhale. The way back in. Vagal toning as the door.

  3. Session 03
    Listening Into the Space

Past the first answer. Both reports get longer when given room.

  4. Session 04
    Holding the Space Open

Sitting in the gap without rushing to resolve. Where capacity is built.

  5. Session 05
    Letting It Move

What gets held in the space changes shape — sometimes releasing, sometimes settling, sometimes simply known.

  6. Session 06
    Living in the Space

Integration. The capacity to be in the gap becomes a way of life.

What You’ll Learn

  • The practice — Notice. Name. Return. — done in two registers, body then mind.
  • Vagal toning — building the body’s way home, the long exhale as the door.
  • How to listen past the first answer in both the body and the mind.
  • How to sit in the gap between what the mind says and what the body says, without collapsing it.
  • What completion looks like in the body — and why stillness is also movement.
  • A 15-minute daily practice and a 30-minute full sit, both as guided audio.

Who This Is For

For anyone who has known the gap. The moment you said I’m finewhile your chest was tight. The day the body was exhausted and the mind said push through. The years spent collapsing the difference between what the body reported and what the mind insisted was true. You do not need a meditation background. You do not need a clinical vocabulary. You only need a body, a mind, and the willingness to notice both at the same time.

Your Instructor

April Bogle. For more than three decades, my work has been to be a nervous system holding other nervous systems together in their worst states — emergency and trauma medicine as a nurse, often while barely understanding my own dysregulation. Almost a decade of plant medicine ceremony since has been the work of learning to do that from a regulated body. This program is the inheritance of both. The voice in it is grounded, nurse-trained, and grandmother-honest — no guru talk.

FAQ

Is this a facilitator training?

No. This is a practice and a felt sense. The companion vagal toning intake is part of a separate facilitator track.

Do I need a meditation background?

No. The practice is small enough that anyone can do it on the first sit. What deepens is the relationship over time.

How much time per session?

Read the session in ~25–35 minutes. The guided practice within each session is about 15 minutes. Then a between-sessions prompt to live with for a few days.

Refund policy?

3-day money-back guarantee from initial payment. See our Terms for full details.
