Welcome to Ohm Academy. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Foundations of Plant Medicine (the “Course”), a digital self-paced program offered by Ohm Academy and taught by April Louise. By enrolling, you agree to these terms.
1. Educational Purpose
The Course is educational and informational in nature. It is not medical, psychiatric, psychological, or legal advice. It does not prescribe, recommend, or supply any psychoactive substance. If you are considering working with plant medicine, please consult qualified medical and mental-health professionals. April Louise is a licensed registered nurse; the Course draws on her clinical background, but it does not create a nurse-patient relationship and is not a substitute for individualized care.
2. Educational, Not Professional Training
This Course is for education and personal integration. It is not professional training. Completing it does not certify you, license you, or qualify you to practice, teach, diagnose, or treat.
Knowing the concept is not the same as being trained to guide another person’s nervous system. If you intend to work with others — as a facilitator, a clinician, a coach, or in any role that holds another person’s nervous system — that requires formal credentialing. Pursue it. This Course is not a shortcut around it.
This material is also not a substitute for licensed care. You are responsible for your own wellbeing and for seeking appropriate professional support when you need it.
3. Your License to the Material
Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Course material on this website. You may not:
- Copy, print, screenshot, screen-record, or otherwise reproduce any part of the Course
- Share your login or access with any other person
- Redistribute, repost, resell, or publish Course material in whole or in part
- Use Course material to train, fine-tune, or prompt any AI or machine-learning system
- Create derivative works from Course material without written permission
All Course content — text, practices, frameworks, voice, and the Regulated Field™ and Neuro Sage materials referenced within — is the intellectual property of April Louise and Ohm Academy and is protected by copyright.
4. Payment, Plans, and Refunds
The Course is offered for $197 as a single payment. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your access unlocks automatically when payment is confirmed.
3-day refund guarantee. If the Course is not for you, email ohmacademy432@gmail.com within 3 calendar days of your initial payment to request a full refund. After 3 days, all payments are final.
5. Your Account
Access is via your email and the password you set at signup. Keep both secure. We may terminate access for violations of these terms, including sharing access or redistributing material, without refund.
6. No Medical Guarantee
Plant medicines and the practices in this Course may be unsuitable for people with certain physical or mental health conditions, including but not limited to psychosis, bipolar disorder, certain cardiac conditions, and pregnancy, and may interact dangerously with medications including SSRIs and MAOIs. Nothing in this Course is a recommendation to use any substance. You are responsible for your own medical decisions and for consulting a qualified clinician before any significant change in your physical or mental health practice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ohm Academy and April Louise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Course. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Course.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Course after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
